Welcome to SÉJOUR, a personal travel expense tracker available at sejour.life. By using this app you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
SÉJOUR is intended for personal, individual use to log and manage your own travel expenses. You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or systems, or in any way that could harm other users or the service.
You are responsible for keeping your access code secure. SÉJOUR does not store a backup of your access code — if you lose it, your account may not be recoverable. You can change your access code at any time under Settings → Access Code. We recommend keeping a copy somewhere safe.
You own the data you enter into SÉJOUR. We store it securely solely to provide the service. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
If you choose to connect your Google account, SÉJOUR will create and write to a spreadsheet in your Google Drive on your behalf. SÉJOUR only accesses files it creates and does not read, modify, or delete any other content in your Google Drive. You can revoke SÉJOUR's access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service. SÉJOUR is not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party services.
Exchange rates are fetched from a third-party service and are for informational purposes only. They may not reflect real-time market rates. SÉJOUR is not liable for any financial decisions made based on currency conversions shown in the app.
SÉJOUR is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. The service may be interrupted or changed at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SÉJOUR and its developers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, inaccurate currency conversions, or service interruptions.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
